"There is an old saying; most of us hear it a lot. It goes like this- “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is not true”. With all the get rich buzz and scams around today it is hard not to be skeptical.
I am here to tell about one amazing exception to this rule. Some time ago I half-heartedly spent a small sum on money (a couple hundred dollars I guess) for Nicole Ocean’s introductory information about performing BPO’s for steady income. She sent me some great information. I began emailing and writing all the contacts she provided.
And then, an amazing thing happened. I started getting orders for BPO’s, first a few, then more than I could handle! "I started as an assistant to a real estate agent (my mother) at the end of the year in 2006. I received my real estate license in February of 2007. I was not sure at this point if I wanted to continue in Real Estate, the market was tough. I started seeing that the REO agents were getting many listing from the banks. I asked about these REO listings & how I could receive them too. I asked again and again but no one seemed to have any answers for me. Then there was someone that one agent that said if I did some BPO's then this might increase my chances to get REO listing.
So then I “Goggled” BPO’s and there was Nicole Ocean. I purchased her e-book about BPOs and receive the list from her. I was excited. I started signing up & before I could get finished with the entire list I received my first BPO. I was then frantic & so I called the number on Nicole’s website & I was happy to hear there was someone that could help me. She walked me through my first BPO.
